You think Trump is going to fuck things up. His voters presumably think he’s going to fix things.
It does feel like an accusation, doesn’t it?
But… I don’t use it!
18, with a license to do so
Oh yeah, me too. I forgot about that.
I’ve been boycotting Chrome for years; I don’t understand how it’s still a thing.
Perhaps “young people are statistically risk averse. more so than people older than them” would be better.
“Proof of concept”. Only meant to demonstrate something, not actually to be used.
Oh. I see.
Uh… what?
Maybe that’s why so many American young people voted Red in this election.
But somewhere inside of you, it hurts, doesn’t it? One more pile of infrastructure and code that ain’t right, and it could have been different.
Amen, wizardbeard.
Like a TV that flunked kindergarten? j/k
Count me in for #3.
If you literally replaced the firmware, what else could possibly be phoning home?
I don’t know how remotes work, physically, but they gotta send some sort of code to the TV. If your TV’s OS can intercept that message it can choose its own response mapped to whatever you want to happen. Something akin to remapping keys in your keyboard.
I would assume, anyway. I could be wrong.
This conversation was about Gen Z being risk takers or not. We all know we’re screwed under Trump. The trend line of people saying that right now is through the stratosphere. No one here is going to learn anything by you saying it again at this moment. We get it.
