You said that you think the government should reward people who build in flood plains by buying their house. How is that going to make people less likely to build in a flood plain.

If it’s priced too high. I will just wait a few years until it isn’t.

There are many forms of DIY partying which involve spending less money and allow you to see and speak to people that you are parting with.

If you want to go down that path - all of our actions online are environment destroying. This useless comment that I’m making needs to live in a datacenter somewhere, multiply that enough times and the energy needed just to have dumb conversations online is killing the planet on its own.
