I’m new to the web app, so please excuse a super basic question.
Up until today I’ve been accessing the fediverse through my Firefox browser on mobile, and I’ve been curating my feed by blocking certain porn and meme communities that keep popping up. On the browser, blocking can be achieved through visiting a community’s sidebar and blocking them from there.
However, with wefwef.app, I haven’t been able to locate a block button on the community page or the sidebar. Am I just really incompetent?
It hasn’t been implemented in wefwef yet as far I could tell
All right, good to know it’s not just me! I hope it’ll be implemented soon, as I really like the wefwef interface in general.
I suppose it’s not too much of a bother to pop into my instance through the browser every now and again just to block a bunch of things.
There’s an open pull request for this, should be implemented soon.
The devs keep coming up with all kind of improvements (which is incredible to be clear), but it still isn’t possible to delete or edit an OP.
There’s too much focus on content consumption IMO. It should be content creation at this point if time.
But again, I’m not doing all the work and wefwef is completely free of charge of course.
