    Interesting concept, looks pretty advanced! Is the shrimp filling traditionally used in Italy or a more modern Italo-American thing?

      I don’t imagine there are many Italians who would claim this one knowing I’m breaking some cardinal rules of Italian cuisine. Mixing land and sea foods is frowned upon and have cheese with shrimp is a hard no.

        That is of course correct! I was actually just asking because I had hoped to have found an exception of the Italian “don´t mix meat and seafood” rule.
