So, how’s it going?
Today I’m heading out of the country for the next three weeks, returning just after the election has been decided. I’m so glad I’m missing the last of the lead-up to it. Usually I’m really interested in it all, would watch the debates and all that… This year, I give no fucks. I know how I’m going to vote, and just need to tune out all the rest. It’s way too mentally draining this year.
Mm. I’ve been disengaging from the drama in the past week or so and have felt much better. I won’t let the ghouls ruin my spring.
Got a little bit of a headcold, though it doesn’t seem to be anything too major.
Was planning to plant a few vege seedlings in the garden tomorrow, but it seems it’s going to be a pretty wet weekend up here in Akl.
I’m glad we’ll be getting rain. It’s gone very dry in the far north and it’s looking like it’ll be a warm, dry summer.
