It’s probably inadvisable. There’s enough possible bacterial or viral GI diseases that can get picked up that way that it’s just not worth the risk.

The risk of e. coli is not just non-zero, it’s high enough to be kind of an inside joke in some urgent care and er facilities. If someone ends up having e coli, it’s the go-to joke that they were eating ass.
There’s other pathogens that can be rendered transferred that way, but e coli is there in everyone, and is only a problem when it isn’t in your bowel.
