It is a genuine question. I’m very in favour of France repaying the “reparations” it forced Haiti pay for refusing to be slaves (wtf), but at the moment how to do that without it falling into the hands of Babekyou or the CIA?
Whoever downvoted you probably isn’t aware of the current political situation.
