You presumably have a homo sapiens back but you aren’t a hunter-gatherer. I don’t know about “more than it should.” I don’t know that I’ve yet to meet someone over 40 without at least occasional back pain.

I can come up with a few:
Showing advertisement while the recipient is sleeping. Use a positive feedback loop in order to increase engagement.
Using it to fly bomb carrying drones
Create jobs that have only one requirement - having such an implant.
Charge $8 a month for Neuralink Plus to enable long-term memories?
