I’ve worked with some pretty rotten software, but management software is easily the most user unfriendly, so my vote goes to HPSM.

    I’m using servicenow. First time and it’s pretty bad. But I hear that it is actually worse than normal because they customized the hell out of it trying to make it match the previous solution.
