Yeah, I think indeterminate would be a better word to use in this case. It implies that it’s still coming but with an unknown date. I definitely read indefinite to mean likely canceled as well.

You do realize it’s entirely possible to hold more than one disparate emotions at once, right? If I knew the world was ending tomorrow, I’d definitely be excited that I wouldn’t have to scrub any fucking toilets at work, even if I would be sad/scared/etc that I couldn’t further accomplish or experience things I wanted to before I died.
Also, if you’re comfortable taking your joycons apart, there is a company that makes hall effect replacement joysticks for relatively cheap (gulikit). I have 2 sets of joycons I did that swap for and they work great. You can also tune the deadzone to be smaller on them giving you a touch more usable range, which is nice on such a small joystick.
You could have ended that sentence with enshitting and still been correct.

I see you have the combination graphics (Optimus is what it was originally called IIRC) which has a history of sleep wake issues, that might be a good place to start on the monitor search.
Sorry, I forgot that it doesn’t default to latest. Make a share text of journalctl -b instead
Any additional details you can add would go a long way towards troubleshooting. That desktop are you using (ex: Gnome, KDE, etc) and what model of laptop, the full hardware specs including CPU, GPU, WiFi model, etc. Finally, you’ll want to look at the system logs to see if there’s anything useful in there after resuming from sleep (journalctl).
They do have at least one style of solid color socks.
Yeah, I don’t get along with that track, too much straight and the curves just don’t turn the crank when they do arrive.
Oh, for sure, I just was making a comment about the difference in laptimes. It’s literally the one event I refuse to miss each year lol.
only 1-2 minutes
Cries in Nurburgring 24H layout.
You must watch this at least once. Of course, it’s for the greater good.
TBF, that joke predates me using Linux as my main which I just realized has been 18 years now.
Vaultwarden (self hosted bitwarden) is my go to.
