I believe they’ve said that explicit operators are much more expensive to serve than a regular search, so that’s probably why they don’t respect them. Especially a -
operator.

Love the game so much. It is such a fun concept for a game and they executed so well. I’m still in the first phases of the game and unlocking new content and I’m hooked.
For total clarity, I’ve never used Porkbun so I can’t vouch. But I like what I see on their website.
They say that you can build one for $13.

They also have on their roadmap that they’re working to see if they can build or engineer out or whatever an all in one, easy to set up voice satellite hardware as one of their next up priorities.

I read the purple one on the dog’s brain as “DOG” and honestly I think it could be an improvement.
It doesn’t help you if you need something right now, but Home Assistant is looking into building / engineering their own voice satellite device

I would recommend Fastmail. They have a fantastic app that I prefer over the iOS mail app.
I’ve heard lots of recommendations for Porkbun. Personally, I have mine with Cloudflare because they’re cheap.
I’m a water engineer!
Sourcing, recycling, and transporting
I could see an argument for companies that work with healthcare or government that have to have systems / software specifically audited / vetted / approved before use. But yeah you’re absolutely right, getting that far behind the times sounds like a nightmare when it does finally go EOL.
As much flak as they catch, you gotta hand it to Ubuntu for offering up to 12 years of support to companies willing to pay for it. It doesn’t make sense for anything but a paid service, but dang is it impressive.
What about New Outlook (New) with New in the icon?
How else are you to know which version you’re using??
I mean the alternative is just eating their shit… what’re you doing?
I just sent them a note along with my CCPA opt out request saying how I could no longer recommend their products unless they revert their practices.
And then I followed it up by telling all my family not to buy their stuff. Gotta at least do something about this BS.
Honestly GoDaddy is not a bad choice, if you’re willing to pay extra. I set my mom’s website up on GoDaddy because it’s solid, pretty idiot proof, and she can do it all herself with a staging and a prod site and everything. There are cheaper options of course, but it’s hard to be both cheap and good for beginners.
If you’re less confident with this kind of stuff and are worried about being overwhelmed, then GoDaddy can be a good solution.
I hear you, but also I would be shocked if Apple were to roll this out and it be an absolutely terrible experience. Like their MO is “luxury” products with “premium” experiences, it would not be fitting of the brand to have a piece of crap experience on their flagship announcement.
I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Tbh I don’t need the absolute fastest speeds and I’m fine with some lag if the network is “congested,” so I’m happy with the $25/mo one. I live in a smaller town so YMMV of course.
