There are good mobile games too, and emulation. I have a decent laptop to play games on and I still prefer my phone for gacha titles everyday over Android emulation on PC.

While I have seen a few instances like this on Reddit, they were always at least 6 month old posts, and none that’s from the recent ad crisis. So yeah, not much to conclude here imo.
That’s just their marketing team at work, I find that hard to believe tbh.
Stop it, don’t give Google ideas or they will turn to Android next lol
Knowing Google I wouldn’t be surprised at all if they do remove Play Books and fuck over all the customers, just for that 1% increase in profits lol.
Maybe it’s just me but I have mostly converted to TWS now, their convieneces are unmatched compared to traditional IEMs. Plus, noise cancelling is an absolute must-have for outdoor usage. Which is quite the irony considering how I own multiple LG V-series phones lol.
At home I alternate between the Sony WF-C500 and WF-1000XM4, plus Moondrop Quarks for gaming.
For outdoors usage, WF-1000XM4 and Beoplay EQ. But mostly the XM4 since the Beoplay EQ’s app sucks balls and it’s pretty bad at blocking wind noises. If anything, I believe that the EQ actually amplifies wind noises in NC mode compared to the XM4 and C500.
Damn that’s probably the best analogy here so far.
As long as Lemmy doesn’t turn into another escape for CP/Nazi’s/random shit groups.
That’s quite the irony since there are Lemmy communities that originate from subreddits that actually got banned on Reddit, for being too toxic even by Reddit mod’s standards.
Like that recent drama about lemmy.world defederating from a hardcore communist instance.
I believe if there’s one community that will take forever (if at all) to move to the fediverse, it’s the manga/anime community.
Subs like r/anime and r/OshiNoKo are as active as ever - especially during r/Place, pay attention and you’ll see a lot of anime mascots in the canvas back when it was around. Anime/mangas also tend to attract the younger crowd which tend not to care about the protest anyways, from what I’ve seen.

Holy cow 19 MB image. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a non-resized image on Reddit, good job OP.
Mine is probably pretty boring compared to most setups here, but whatever.
Smart Launcher 6.3 beta with the Alexis Pie iconpack.
cries in being 21 and almost turning 22
I’m 21 and even I feel old lol
Gonna be honest here, I believe crossover SUVs are actually more practical than sedans/hatchbacks for the average user. Higher ground clearance makes it easier to enter/exit for the average Joe, better visibility for new drivers, and the feeling of a more spacious interior; and more ride height helps with potholes/bumper scraping too. This may not be a issue in America I presume, but it is a daily problem in developing countries like India.
I get that it’s popular to hate on crossovers online, but really not every car buyers care about driving dynamics, or suitability for track days, or whatever. Do what you want, but people mostly won’t care and some will not like it regardless.
This is (mostly) only in car subreddits, but actual car owners getting insulted and ridiculed for their new car choice by teenagers. I’ve seen this before on Reddit and this triggers me to no end.
How is that not a valid metric for choosing a phone? The way I see it, it’s not really any different to choosing a phone for its camera performance or battery life.
