You’ll go platinum with that beat
Fo sho. Temporary things can and should be low cost/quick. Getting a hammer drill and tap-cons that aren’t required for the end product may just serve to degrade the existing structure in the long run.
Also- we just had our steep ass roof reshingled and were getting water in the attic along the chimney after installation. The 30 year warranty got us two dudes back on the roof with three tubes of caulk… 30 year caulk?
We called a manager back over to inspect the work. He gave us a quote on siding, because he believed that was the issue. There is no siding between the roof and chimney… Can’t quite afford the lawyer without a guarantee we would win and get our money back.
I try not to think about it. We’ll live in this house until we die because dishing it off to some other unsuspecting fool would haunt me afterwards. That - and the black mold will probably speed things up a bit.
Hard to say what is what these days.
Enough darkness. Hope y’all enjoy some quality time with loved ones (or whatever works for you) this weekend!
Spicy!!! I don’t really enjoy travel or flying in the first place - it’s mostly the amount of time standing and waiting in the middle of a crowd of people who have nothing to do but wait. But the Boeing (and others) stuff makes it real easy for me to stay home and not waste the money/resources.
I value quality time with my two pups more than travel. Taking a train to somewhere remote and beautiful is not off the menu, though. Marginally better than my experiences on a Greyhound.
So true. I try to think in these terms when it comes to issues at work that folk can’t find a workable solution to. Not quite creativity, just approaching the problem from a different angle.
Totes. Wasn’t trying to argue against ya
Exactly. Not to mention all the exhaust I have to breathe when I bike to work.
It’s weird, but it makes sense as a last ditch effort to bridge a population bottleneck. Just because we haven’t witnessed something doesn’t make it impossible.
Look in the mirror, dawg
I’ve just started using newpipe and it’s great. I download audiobooks easily for when I’m working overnights and a few rooms get no mobile data
Right? It’s like gazing into the abyss
That’s what the toddler wants.
Why haven’t I considered this?!
I see the error in my ways.
No, thank you!
Looks like someone was cutting a shrub out of a chain link fence
After this cycle, the “allowances” might not be what they used to be. I’ll give it a “shot”
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
¿Por que no los dos?
Thank you! I recall using dawn pro, but not much else.
