I think the three biggest contributors are:

I bought a brother laser printer 20 (??) years ago and it’s still working beautifully. Was the budget model at that time. So definitely under 150. Maybe even 100.
I believe the swap partition is also used when hibernating. So when you use hibernate you need at least equal swap space as memory size.
