Yeah that’s the one. Guess I was lucywith my SD card pick (can’t remember, maybe got the card with the unit?) but it’s been rock solid since I got it.
Nothing beats playing all the games on original hardware imo!

I’ve got some cartridge from Ukraine with an SD slot in it. You can load the SD card with every ROM and then play them directly off an N64
This is great because for some reason emulators have problems with Dr. Mario but the N64 runs the ROM just fine
People play real fast and loose with these terms.
My advice is to do what you’re doing here, which is learn… But to remember to meet people where they’re at.
By these definitions, with sex relating to biological things, you might be tempted to tell someone they can’t just “decide” their sex, by this definition. Don’t do it.
Not saying you would, but resist the urge to get into a semantic argument. Just ask the specific people what they mean by these words when they say them, and roll with it. Prioritize understanding over being understood.
This advice goes for anything, but this is a particularly spicy meatball.
That would be amazing.
But since the conservative won with 82% of the vote, even it were a perfect split either would still handily trounce whoever the 18% rallied behind.
Like, this is why PP wants this riding. I’m pretty sure a literal mop bucket would still win the seat if they were the conservative candidate. I think he could drive into Hanna say “fuck Lanny fuck Nickelback and fuck you” and still easily win.
It’s not at all the same.
This would give the PPC one seat total, and deprive the CPC of their current leader.
Your analogy is actually much more similar to PP WINNING the seat. The Liberals being so happy to call a special election is BECAUSE they LIKE keeping PP, the guy they just beat the leader of the CPC. If the libs drag their feet to give challengers the space to make a play for CPC leadership, they’re rolling the dice. They’re choosing the devil they know and beat. Their bet is they think PP is a guy they can beat again.
I might be missing something, by why couldn’t they just directly connect to my machine via my domain name?
I don’t see a technical reason why a client couldn’t log in to multiple remotes to pull and aggregate content through a single interface. No “central” server is required, so if this isn’t an existing feature, I don’t think implementing it breaks any kind of ideology goal on that.
I’ll need to take it for a test spin, specifically what the experience is through whatever app they’ve got to run through a tv.
My brother-in-law both share our libraries with a set of people who have accessibility concerns. The Plex interface on a tv blends our two libraries relatively easily for those people. We have the redundancy of the two servers.
For me it isn’t about what I can do, it’s what can the person who struggles the most with what we already have set up get going. I pretty desperately want to move to Jellyfin (already have the Plex pass, so just for ideological reasons) but I’m not going to leave any of my people behind in the process. This is why I’m so hyper fixated on the case of UX for people accessing through a TV app where someone has access to multiple shared libraries.
Ok, ok that’s solid.
Does it have “library sharing” so one wouldn’t have to login/logout to browse between my own media on my server and media a friend is sharing with me from their server?
Does jellyfin let you set up different accounts for remote users so they can keep track of where they are in a tv series (and not give them admin functions?)

Easy mistake to make. Also words can not describe my admiration and respect for someone who can leave a comment like this up with a humble edit.
I might double check your math if we split the cheque, but unlike 99% of the people on the internet, I already can tell that I would WANT to have a supper with you.
Great article!
My one critique would be with when FI is making a comparison between the US on some metric (eg, per capita income 2022)… The argument of “keep in mind Canada was enduring a global pandemic at that time” isn’t a very sound counter-point. It was a global pandemic. If you want to say it depressed that number for Canada you have to explain why it didn’t depress that number in the USA.
The rest are pretty good. The FI is a fucking joke.
I’m torn if there should be a “voting day” stat at some point during early voting, or to directly make election day a stat.
I voted Monday. Love advanced voting. Didn’t have to even wait in any line for even a single second. The dude there said it never was “busy”, but always “steady”.
In false prophets, were they in federation space? In civilization did the federation exist?
On the flip side, anything worth doing is worth doing imperfectly.
100% of the population boycotting at 50% efficacy is much better than 1% of the population doing it PERFECTLY.
Never ever ever alienate or talk down to (or about) people who are acting in a way that is directionally correct, even if it doesn’t meet your personal standard.
Stable Fusion before AGI.
First of all: no judgement.
But familial relationships, of which marriage is, are what makes it nepotism.
So, I guess the missing piece is the relationship w/ the school your husband has. If he directly has any connection to the school… Or he’s related to anyone with a direct relationship to the school…
Which, again, doesn’t mean you’re wrong for the job. Congratulations regardless.
For the record, I fucking hate Plex.
But this is a disingenuous simplification of where the gap is.
Me, my brother-in-law, and friend all share our libraries with the same elderly relatives.
The GAP is that great grandma has to log in/out between servers to find content that may or may not be on an individual server. Plex lets you search/aggregate from all sources without having to jockey credentials and servers.
It’s not a giant ask. I heard a fucking absolutely brain-dead take that “that would require a centralized server which is against Jellyfins core ideology”.
So, I dunno. Maybe it isn’t YOUR use case, but it’s MY use case. Doesn’t make me a shill. I’m still pissed as hell.
But don’t fucking pretend that there is feature parity when there isn’t, and don’t accuse me of being a shill just because Jellyfin literally doesn’t support my use case. I WISH it did. I HATE PLEX.
