Damn, this is a good find. Good ears, OP.

The first game kinda falls flat, but they put out a pretty solid sequel with the second game.
Exactly. Society didn’t end in 2017, or 2021, and it won’t end in 2025. My life, for the most part, hasn’t changed. But you won’t convince all these doomers. They want to stay victims, so let them. I’ll keep enjoying life.
When you’ve seen some wild shit that only chocolate syrup will fix.
I still have no clue who this guy is, and I’m content with this lack of knowledge.
7 years ago I bought a brand new Samsung washer and dryer. After I hooked up everything for the washer (correctly), when I set it to hot water, cold would come out, and vice versa. Had it taken aware and Lowe’s replaced it with another brand new one. This time, the two guys who dollied in the firstly one, I had them hook everything up. Exact same thing happened. Hot for cold, cold for hot. These two guys were flabbergasted. They couldn’t believe two brand new washers were having the same defect. Same two guys brought another one the next day. Finally, the third one worked correctly.
I haven’t had any problems since. But still, ridiculous it took three tries to get a functioning washer.
While I applaud him for wanting to make room for younger politicians, I’m sure the death threats, arson attacks and bullets were greater factors. This world sucks.
AuthLeft: be fortunate you get the one egg
Can you translate that to freedom units 💪?
Bless you for it. All this place seems to to be is Musk rage bait, jerking off Linux, and Star Trek memes, and only one of those things is acceptable.
Lemmy is a rather small community by comparrison. I’m bound to run into you frequently.
I don’t care what you do. It has no impact on me.
If it truly bothered you, you would block me. It’s ridiculously easy.
You’re wasting your time, Best Friend.
Yes! Trillian was awesome! I used it fairly religiously from the early to mid 00s. Combined my ICQ, Yahoo messenger, MSN messenger, and AIM. I miss that beautiful, convenient piece of software.
You tell’em, Best Friend.
Exactly. You’re not supposed to mention what they “identify” as. Or any other gender nonsense. Unless it is the focal point of the story to be told, then don’t mention it. That’s how you normalize something. By not drawing attention to it.
My favorite example is a character on Agents of Shield. He was a scientist that had a drinking problem. We knew about it from the start but didn’t find out why until later in the season. Years prior, he was drinking and driving while his husband was in the passenger seat. Got into a wreck, and his husband died. It wasn’t until that moment that we knew he was gay. Why? Because it was irrelevant. Spoiler alert, no one cared. He was a well written character, who was easy to sympathize with, who coincidentally happened to be gay.
Metalhead trekkie here. I won’t let you fall in the pit.
Duet and Drumhead hit so hard. Incredible writing, phenomenal acting. I miss that in Star Trek.
“Nazi” website lol. Ok buddy.
Twitter has a pretty solid metal (music) community that I’ve come to know and appreciate over time. We share new bands, our opinions on albums, all that good stuff.
Not everything has to be related to politics. People aren’t “suspicious” because they don’t share all your views.
I’m an early gen Y. I knew maybe 4 people who had a cell phone, and only one of them could record a 30 second, shitty quality video. Kinda glad phones weren’t in constant use when I was in school.
