The children yearn for the mines
Deleted my comment because I decided I’m not informed enough to say anything but it was the first I had heard of Syria being involved. I knew about Lebanon and Iran

Like 50. I used to have a ridiculous amount of sunglasses I got given as free merch. Nowadays I just have a prescription pair of sunglasses I replace every few years
I’m not really a zoomer but I’m also not really a millennial. (and definitely not any other generation)
I feel pretty much the same as when off of them but my anxiety isn’t nearly as crippling. There are some side effects like a dulling of emotions but to me it’s so worth it
There are actual physical mushroom stores in my city even though it’s not legal in Canada. There’s one a few minutes away from me called The Mush Room. I love to see it, it reminds me of when weed was about to get legalized and stores were popping up before it was official.

The Liberal party of Canada promised electoral reform (in two separate elections!) so they’re probably referring to that
I don’t know what either of those things are

90f = 32C
That’s crazy heat. Can’t imagine what basically 50C feels like
Yeah I noticed that. This is the second day in a row I’ve seen a post like this
I live in Ottawa, ON, Canada which has Gatineau, Québec on the other side of the river. A lot of people here are bilingual and will just switch to whatever language works better for the person they’re talking to. The default language on the Québec side is French and the default on the Ontario side is English
