You can’t fool me, that’s a right arm!

I thought the idea there was that the Borg were already on the way and him doing that gave them a chance to prepare. Then they reinforced that idea with First Contact and Enterprise, because at that point they didn’t know how to write a series without the Borg.
On the flip side of that, I don’t like him as an audiobook narrator. Quite a few authors who grew up with TNG and write sci-fi now have him do narration, and he’s just kinda meh as a narrator.
When I think gameplay, I think of someone actively playing the game. Not cutscenes.
The category was “harmful or dangerous content” and reason was “violates ToS”
I’d be more interested in allowing more than one Android device at a time like MySudo. They let you link Windows with a phone so I wouldn’t think it would be too hard to implement.
Never break more than one law at a time.
Reminds me of a line out of a book, don’t remember which one, but it was along the lines of ‘if you can’t say yes, then answer anyway, because I’d rather die with the answer than live with the question’
I hate the settings app so much that I’ve just learned the powershell commands for setting up printers and changing NIC settings. Honestly it wouldn’t be as bad if a. It didn’t take forever to load on occasion and b. I could have two settings windows open at once.
It’s so hard to find settings there that jumping between network center and add device is not intuitive. If they remove control panel from servers too I might quite my msp job and go work at a grocery store.
+2 but for me it was Plex integration
Seems like it’s a backend change and they’re removing per creation entirely. Got an email from one of the creators I follow about getting suggestions on how to restructure their tiers for the new system. My guess is it would be tricky to setup a way to have creators do android/web tiers and apple tiers, not to mention confusing. And of course they can’t just pull a Spotify and have a pop-up that says ‘sorry you must use the web to subscribe’ on iPhones.
I’m not sure if it would work with how they do user updates, but I’m waiting for someone to make a version of Waze that runs on openstreetmaps. I.E. temporary updates like ‘car stopped here’ ‘cop parked there’ ‘lane closed ahead’
It seems like the functionality is already there for it, but they’d have to distinguish them from the long term updates like ’ this is a business at this address with these hours’ that presumably won’t change by the next day.
I heard a statistic some years ago, have no source so they may have just pulled it from thin air, that there is a 14 to 1 ratio of cats to people in the US.
I would prefer a privacy conscious alternative to Google Wallet first, then add the crypto stuff, but that’s just me
So this is the ‘mechanical hound’ that RayBradbury was referring to in Farenheit 451.
Perfect, now that I have you here, I have an important question to ask. What is the proper way to refer to people from NZ? I always end up going with something like “oh, they’re New Zealish” but I’m pretty sure that’s not correct.
It would also be a hilarious kick in the teeth to Hillary if Michelle got elected.
New Zealand going by the username.
Fallout 4 is an FPS and not an RPG?
