It’s been a while since I played 5e, but if I remember correctly you could do some fuckery with Haste and/or Sorcery Points if you don’t follow that rule.
It’s not a problem for a videogame, but D&D5e (actually most D&D editions) is not a balanced game at all. In fact the only RPG that I’ve played and would call balanced is Pathfinder 2e.
So I was not expecting Baldur’s Gate to be balanced at all given it’s based on D&D5e.
I know, I was pointing out that it sounds like a total fantasy. I actually don’t believe people actually believe all that stuff, but it’s up there in yankeeland so what do I know.
I understand why conspirancy theories are popular, it is fun to me to think about them. But I don’t believe and the few interactions I had with conspiracy theorists online make me think they are all hard trolling or insane.
Gotta say, the second one does sounds more fun. Like we live in a d&d game or something.
Pants are for barbarians after all. Real, civilicedmen wear togas only. Chitons are acceptable but just barely.
Paradox launchers allow you to manage your mod playsets, it’s pretty useful. That’s the only ones I know that have utility though.
idk mate, I just decide to sleep and eventually I do.
Damn dolphins keep sleeping on the job.
No, the problem with the imperial system is not what number it’s based on. The problem is that it’s not based on any number. A coherent base 14 system would be easier to use than the madness that is imperial.
I mean, if you have a weapon skill below 30 I don’t know why you are using that weapon. The leveling system in vanilla Morrowind has a bunch of weird stuff that might even be bugs, like endurance not giving you extra hit points for levels before you raised the stat. I would never recommend playing Morrowind vanilla though.
Nah, the best Elder Scroll is Daggerfall… Unity.
The second best is OpenMW.
Russia is the biggest country on the planet by land area.
Being from a 3rd world country, it’s really weird to me that you guys care about that.
Windows 10 sounded like shit, and Windows 7 stopped being supported.
I had some experience with Linux, most things seemed to work and for the rest I decided that it wasn’t worth the hassle of dealing with Microsoft.
What I’m wondering is go fat would that go. You could have an instance that defederates from an instance because it’s federated with another instance that is federated with Meta. And so on and so forth. To me that will just create a group of instances that aren’t federated with anything else…
Yeah, I guess it’s a bit weird to call a 70 year old or so modern haha. I was think in constrat with “classical science fiction”, as in “classical physics” like Verne’s books. That’s sort of a “lost” genre I think, unless you consider Steampunk to be sort of a successor.
Foundation Trilogy, by Isaac Asimov.
I think it’s the first modern science fiction book I’ve read, I read 19th century ones like Verne and Frankenstein before though.
“Friki” was popular when I was a teen, but that comes from the English, “freak”. And obviously we use nerd and geek sometimes.
