Is letting a depressed person push people away so they become more suicidal ethical?

If it’s pve it doesn’t need to be balanced
Quiting and video games/food should be flipped but otherwise 💯
Words are hard. This is what I mean
You 1000% will not get lost in the noise if you put out a helldivers like quality game. There’s nerds everyday combing through steam store looking for the next great games. Helldivers with zero marketing would have made significantly less but still been a resounding commercial success
There’s no hidden gems in steam. Games sell as well as they should for their quality. There’s margin of error of course like a low quality game sells on the higher end due to good marketing or a high quality game sells low end due to poor marketing.
Most games are just not great
I’m convinced it’s unnecessary if your game is good. Word of mouth is so strong with gamers
TIL I like eating wax
If your goal is to lose fat it doesn’t matter what you eat as long as you’re in calorie deficit.
10% restriction off your personal basal metabolic rate is not too bad. But it sounds like you’re wanting a severe cut so I’d recommend 25% under your BMR. You won’t be able to keep that up forever tho only like 6 weeks. You can find BMR charts online for age/height/sex
Fat loss is a lifestyle change. Do what you can be consistent with. It’s easier to add before taking away. So adding veges and protein is easier than trying to stop eating junk food. Protein will make you feel full and veges will fill you up just from quantity if your eating a decent amount of cals of them
It’s not perfect but gets like 98% of em
Instead of outright blocking communities you enjoyed you could try using keyword filters instead
Big button = big flush
Little button = little flush
But it’s happiness in a can
That happens whenever I drink some zero sugar pops. Mainly with the mt dew varieties. But coke and Dr Pepper are my go-tos too
No they’re consolidating their adware
Wtf where’s the tendies
I’m a dude so maybe this doesn’t hold up for you but when I first started I’d get discouraged from putting in tons of hard work for weeks and even a month or two and not see significant progress in the mirror. But would have people complimenting me after about a month.
You’ll feel your gains long before you notice in the mirror. And other people will notice your gains long before you’ll see them. So don’t let that discourage you! I didn’t see progress I wanted for many months. (But I also had terrible nutrition which didn’t help)
It’s not a trivial problem to solve lol
