The sentence is a great argument for editorial oversight. How’d a copy editor let that go to print???

My unlimited data plan in Albania cost $11/month. In China, $15.
Bandwidth is cheap
Severely underrated album. Holds up better than almost any from that year
It’s not that complex… Israel is a fucking apartheid state and seems a little too eager for the excuse to cut off basic necessities
I took a class in grad school about Israeli society and media. I was surprised to learn there are big social divisions between Ashkenazi and Mizrahi peoples, with Ashkenazi sort of glamorized in media and portrayed as the ideal. We were told there is real ostracization of Mizrahi.
Fascists always need out-groups, I guess
Remind them where their wealth came from, that real people remain affected by it… More (all) rich people should be confronted this way, if not with violence
I have a microwave/air fryer/convection combo that I can’t use unless I install a phone app. It came with the apartment. It has only a few “buttons” on its face. The UI is almost completely non-intuitive, but the app makes it easy. Every time I bake bread I fight the urge to blow my brains out as I navigate to the app. I have become that which I mocked.
Yeah, just start being active again and then you can even undermine the subreddit for a while
This is kind of a good thing. Many moderators sell their accounts to marketers
Even so, it seems like a reaction against the mod protest earlier this year.
Haha both!
I dunno which is worse. The ones in China were never used, just built and left to rot. Many in the US had some decades of glory, then ended up with the same fate.
Sooo many empty or partially used shopping malls
NFT technology will not go away. It will be in a different form, not trading cards with shitty jpegs attached
I wasn’t saying they were or weren’t being forced, just that the photo doesn’t make it appear that way 🤷
It could simply be a train unrelated to the event described in OP’s headline. I honestly wouldn’t know. Just commented that it looks rather different than I’d imagine
Holocaust trains had people stuffed inside, not riding on top where they could easily escape. Use your fkn brain
I mean, I have no idea what’s actually happening in that photo. Maybe they are being forced. but there are no visible military and seems like regular civilians in the crowd. Also, they’re piled on top of the train, so escape would be easy
TBH that doesn’t look very forced
God that thing was garbage
Wherever you go, there you are
