Stepping up to the challenge is the less common, but still an Internet staple, the White Faced Scops. Whitey does good in pictures like Burrowing Owl, but his claim to Gabe is video. This may be a disadvantage, but even in still frame, this owl has the big orange eyes, beautiful soft plumage, the classic ear tufts of a Scops Owl, and maybe most importantly, THAT STACHE! This owl is modern and retro chic at the same time. Like post-war modern style, this owl never goes out of fashion.

My fav is a little sad but when theyre too hot and they hike up their feathers and stick out their legs its so dang funny looking I cant help but laugh
Ya do what you gotta do when it’s hot and there’s no AC! They got the right idea by living in the shade though. It must be chilly at night though, maybe that’s why they live together so they can stay warm and snug.
