Bullying is constantly antagonizing someone until it causes them harm. I made a personal observation one time, somewhere that Wil isn’t even involved.

Saying someone whines a lot in a 3rd party conversation is not bullying. Bullying is constantly antagonizing someone until it causes them harm. I made a personal observation one time, somewhere that Wil isn’t even involved.
