I’d like to know whether these detections for a given .dll
file are just false positives, or something that I should be worried about.
Yes lol
Those hits relate to DLL injection which would be required for Green Luma to interact with Steam the way it does. Looking at a generic online guide to using GL, the second step even states “Open DLLinjector.exe”, so I’m thinking you’re probably ok. With everything though, take that with a big helping of skepticism. How GL works is sketchy, but that doesn’t mean its not “good” sketchy.
it might be legit, because the detection is just generic for a dll that injects code (=a crack).
It depends from the source, if it’s trusted, it’s ok. Otherwise replace the crack with a newer version https://cs.rin.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=103709
alright that’s where i got it from
Congrats, it’s a trojan!
I’d be worried with that many hits.
Dont run this shit.
