street view for the area around the airport is interesting - there’s nothing there. it’s a good half mile or so to the nearest city outskirts. I suspect the authorities bussed a mob to the airport.

What mental gymnastics is that? Unless you are severly overweight and drive for anything further away than your front door, nobody gets this tired for walking for this short of a distance. This is not the USA. Not everything has to be a conspiracy, you know?
