In this iCarly episode, Sam tells the world that Freddie never kissed a girl (they were all like 13-14 at this time). It’s one of those episodes where you have to “read between the lines”. They were using kissing as a metaphor for having sex. Being an adult virgin is a very big deal, and it’ll ruin your social life if people find out. Some people like to have sex “just to get it over with”, and I think that’s what the iKiss episode was going for. Everyone bullying Freddie for not kissing a girl is actually the most realistic thing out of any Nick show or comedy.
And this goes for male or female: if you are a virgin in your 20s, you will get made fun of BY EVERYONE if they find out.

i’m sorry, but it will not ruin your social life if people find out you’re a virgin.
Adults grow out of that hyperfixation on perceived group approval - but it probably doesn’t even matter in high school. Adults don’t ask each other about this stuff. It sounds like some manosphere incel BS.
Question: how old are you?
Plot twist. They’re 84.
