    The French minister who was present during the Légion d’honneur ceremony at which Total’s CEO, Patrick Pouyanné, received a medal. The Pouyanné that explicitly said that thanks to the plastic industry, the oil industry should still thrive for a long time. Also, the same French minister that’s also heir of the second biggest oil company in the country.

    It’s almost comically evil and corrupt at this point, if the situation wasn’t so dire already.

    They are at least saying it. Short term financial. Rather than some waffle like spin.

    The word failure, need to be sabotaged though, because that’s what it is. It’s blatant rich and greedy sabotaging common people and nature.

    They won’t do anything about it until some rich asshole gets cancer and theyre able to directly link it to plastic pollution. Nobody cares about us pleebs…
