ikr? iirc it was meant to express some happy positive shit but it gives me vibes of a bloody suffering child giving an exasperated last laugh as he realizes there’s fuck all he can do.
I guess it’s intended meaning isn’t too out of line with it’s appearance unlike most city sculptures I’ve seen.
