    Can NYT or someone sue for libel? That’s defamation with false information. I’m not looking for a fine, but an order requiring them to say they were wrong and published false information. Then NYT can publish that tweet in their headline.

      I think the only one with standing would be Abrego Garcia, and he’s got bigger problems right now.

      I think you have to be the victim when it’s libel don’t you? So I guess he could sue, but I don’t know if the New York Times could.

      Well Trump sued news organizations to censor them. I don’t see why this can’t be a two way street.
