Bold of you to assume my phone hasn’t been on vibrate for the last 15 years.
I think I heard it once in the past ten years. I was very confused by this sound.

Who the fuck doesn’t leave their phone on silent/vibrate?
I don’t even get why people need ringtone anymore. I can hear my phone vibrate from across the room and if its in another room, it’s there for a reason and I’m not picking up anyway
My phone is brand spanking new and probably considered to be a flagship device, but the vibrate is pitifully weak where I often don’t notice my phone going off while wearing it in my own damn pocket.
In general though, I’ve always had my ringer on while at home in case I set my phone down and need to know someone called. In public I leave it off generally.
If it’s a flagship phone, you should be able to adjust the vibration intensity and cadence. Which phone do you have?
I have it set to maximum vibration intensity. I’ve heard others complain about the same issue. The vibration motor is just shit. It’s a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5.
