    Is this one of those libraries that the border runs right down the middle of the building?

    Also, how can the US restrict entry to the Canadian side/property…

    Canada should just pick up it’s half and move it 20 metres over.

      Boudreau said the library will need to renovate an entrance on the Canadian side, and she already had plans to meet with a contractor.
