So my question is, if they reverse judge Cannon’s decision to dismiss and reinstate the case, is the case back in her hands or is there a way for them to get the case reassigned through this?

Not that any of it will happen before the election now, thanks to her…but would be great to see her removed from any future proceedings.

From what I understand the 11th Circuit can either overturn her dismissal and require the case to continue, or they can overturn her dismissal and remove her from the case. Since this will be the third time they’ve smacked her down, many are hoping they will do the latter scenario.

We will see what happens. There’s been too much disappointment in the judiciary lately IMO. Justice needs some wins.

If the higher court overturns Cannon’s dismissal, can Trump appeal the decision to overturn the dismissal? I hate to be pedantic, but I have no idea…

And SCOTUS will grant cert, schedule argument for January 21st, the declare the case moot after Trump pardons himself. They’ll then agree that self pardons aren’t even required because a president can’t be held criminally liable for anything. Finally, they will stand behind Trump’s throne and reveal themselves to be the Nazgul.
