I could see the right side being the standalone 隹 but the left side looks too much drawn like a left radical to be on its own, especially since you didn’t find any meaning with those 2 characters separated.
So, does it carry any other cultural meaning or just chicken?
Dunno, I only speak (some) Japanese, but this character only gets used in Chinese (the Japanese verion of chicken is 鶏). I know how to look up characters in Chinese but that’s it. Could check the Chinese or language learning communities here but they seem pretty dead. Might have to go back to reddit
It’s also slang for a prostitute.
