I’m still trying to get them to reason if they don’t by tomorrow I will post it.
I’ve been asked like 3 times if the device was in pairing mode… I can’t even…
So… Where are the logs?
I haven’t got an answer from them ,only a message they they will escalate.

sudo journalctl -b > boot.log& uploading the saidboot.logfile to PasteBin and link it here. This would be helpful in identifying your issue.
