Looks like Vegas gets about 4 inches of rain a year. The area around Vegas got about 6 to 8 with Vegas proper getting 3 to 4. I’m guessing this is one of those 1 in a 1000 year events that are starting to get more common. The problem is humans thinkingthey can set up shop wherever they want.
