There are fears for the lasting success of the household food and garden waste program due to widespread contamination, but there are solutions being trialled.

It’s frusrating to hear that this is such a problem. I’m not sure how to solve it, as it seems to be that there are a lot of people that just don’t care. It’s easy to call for “more education” but that’s not a solution when people refuse to engage.
