Also is addictive in the way it causes rebound congestion if you stop using it. That’s part of why they tell you to not use it for more than a few days in a row

I don’t understand, what’s wrong with breathing your mouth? I do it all the time. Congestion sucks, but not because of breathing
For real tho I had very often blocked nose to the point that I had trouble sleeping. Went to the Dr turns out I had nasal polyps. Get yerself checked
Hold your breath for a minute or as long as you can. You’ll feel your sinuses open up while holding your breath. Blow your nose after.
